Looks like Ipswitch have discontinued the free version of WS-FTP, which I’m technically not allowed to use anymore anyway since I’m no longer a student.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a replacement, or have a copy of the install program for WS-FTP LE?
Update: just got FileZilla, and it works pretty well so far, haven’t figured out who to chmod on it though, just figure out the chmod and it’s nicer than WS-FTP’s.

yep, FileZilla is the answer, best free windows ftp by far. Better then any pay one I’ve used too…
